Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 natural days after they are placed. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please verify your shipping information to prevent delays or delivery issues.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship only to the continental United States.

  • Delivery is not available to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small offshore islands, and all U.S. military bases.

  • Estimated delivery time: 15–20 natural days for shipments within the continental U.S.

  • Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather events, or airline delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Orders over $60 — $0 shipping cost.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders between $0.01 and $59.99 — $9.99 shipping cost.

  • Expedited Shipping: All orders — $14.99, shipped via UPS.

Free shipping is only valid for the continental United States and does not apply to excluded regions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees. These charges must be paid when the shipment reaches the destination country or region. The exact amounts vary depending on local regulations.

  • We strongly recommend checking customs and import regulations prior to placing an order.

  • These fees are not collected by Cokiyaya and are not set by our company; they are determined by local government authorities in accordance with import/export regulations.

  • Cokiyaya is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. In such cases, customers should contact the carrier directly for resolution.
